The undersigned Renter and City of Jackson, Lutheran Social Services, and the Jackson Senior Club (collectively hereinafter City) intending to be bound by the following terms and conditions hereby agree as follows:

SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT OF $200.00 MUST BE PAID BY ALL RENTERS. DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED ONLY AFTER AN INSPECTION OF BUILDING HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING. CLEANING LIST IS ON THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE KITCHEN AND ALSO ENCLOSED WITH RENTAL AGREEMENT.
