This Joint Employment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Board of Education of the Mansfield City School District (hereinafter referred to as “Mansfield”), the Governing Board of the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center (hereinafter referred to as “NCOESC”), and Jennifer Hedrick (hereinafter referred to as “Ms. Hedrick”). Mansfield, NCOESC, and Ms. Hedrick may be hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties.”
