ELIGIBILITY: Only adult members of the Woodcreek HOA with accounts in good standing are eligible to reserve the Amenity Center. Members with a delinquent account are not able to reserve the amenity center until the outstanding account balance is satisfied. Restrictions to rental privileges may occur if damage or abuse to the facility occurs during a private event. The Enclave Clubhouse and its Party Center is furnished for the convenience and exclusive use of the Enclave Unit Owners and/or Residents and their guests for private social activities. The Party Center (the Lounge, Large Meeting Room and Patio Area) may be reserved. This Agreement and use of the Clubhouse and its Party Center is also subject to the By-Laws and House Rules of the Corporation.
