Allied Air Enterprises (hereafter referred to as Ducane) warrants that its furnace at installation will deliver its rated heating capacity and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use in its original installation when installed, operated and serviced in strict accordance with DUCANE published Installation Instructions and User's Information Manual. The scope of this warranty is further set forth below.
