This Resident Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) made this 2nd day of March, 2023 by and between Central Maine Medical Center (“CMMC”) and Test Party A, PGY1 Resident (the “Resident”). In consideration of their mutual promises, CMMC hereby agrees to employ the Resident, and the Resident hereby agrees to perform services for CMMC, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
