The following terms and conditions, together with the Standard Terms and Conditions for Communications Services (“Standard Terms and Conditions”) and the applicable cover agreement, (collectively, the “Agreement”) will govern Customer’s use of CenturyTel Metro Ethernet Services (“Services”). The local operating company providing the Service is identified in the Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Services are offered on an Individual Case Basis in lieu of any terms and conditions under CenturyLink Tariffs.
