This warranty stated is valid ONLY if the products and structures are: erected properly and in conformity with the layout plan and or installation instructions furnished by MISTER SHADE IND.CO.LLC using approved parts; maintained and inspected in accordance with MISTER SHADE IND.CO.LLC instructions; subjected to normal use for the purpose for which the product were designed; not subject to external form of damage as listed below:
