This CEWS SERVICES AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), is made as of _8/10/22_ (“Effective Date”), by and between Mount Diablo Unified School District with its principal office at 1936 Carlotta Dr. Concord CA 94519 (hereinafter "Client"), and Corporate Ewaste Solutions, a California corporation, with its principal office at 331 Cliffwood Park St., CA 92821 (hereinafter the "Recycler"). Recycler and Client may be referred to herein together as the “Parties”, and each individually, a “Party”.
