THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CHANNEL AND FACILITIES SHARING AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made as of this 5th day of July, 2017 among LocusPoint WMGM Licensee, LLC, and LocusPoint WMGM Op, LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, “LPN”) and Trinity Christian Center of Santa Ana, Inc. aka TCCSA, Inc. (d/b/a Trinity Broadcasting Network), a California non-profit religious corporation (“Trinity”).
