These Channel Partnership Terms (“CPT”) is made by and between Project Affinity, Inc, a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 170 Columbus Avenue Floor 3, San Francisco, CA 94133 (“Affinity”), and the individual or entity listed on the CPT Form as the “Vendor” (“Vendor”) as of the CPT Form Effective Date. Affinity and Vendor may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. The CPT Form, together with the CPT, shall be the “Agreement”.
