WEBZEN Inc., (the “A”) and NHN Corporation, (the “B”) hereby agree to the following with regards to providing the game contents of the online game, “HUXLEY: The Dystopia” (“HUXLEY”), published by “A” within the online game portal service, Hangame service (“Hangame”), which is operated by “B.”
