This AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the City of Arlington, a Texas municipal corporation of Tarrant County, Texas (“CITY”), and GREYSTAR GP II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter called “DEVELOPER”). DEVELOPER and CITY may be referred to jointly herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
