This Second Amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Development Program Grant Agreement (hereafter referred to as this “Agreement”), made and entered into by the City of San Antonio (“City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Texas, the Inner City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. Eleven (TIRZ”), acting by and through its Board of Directors (the “Board”), and Jasmine Engineering, Inc., (Grantee”), a professional engineering firm registered with the State of Texas, (collectively, the “Parties”).

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, this Second Amendment to the Chapter 380 Economic Grant Agreement for Alamo Plaza Small Business Construction Relief Grant Program (hereinafter referred to as "Second Amendment") is entered into by and between the City of San Antonio, a Texas Municipal Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "City" or “Grantor”) acting by and City Manager or his designee, and Centro San Antonio (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), acting by and through its duly authorized designated officer.
