to secure the payment of Debt Service Charges on the Bonds according to their true intent and meaning, and to secure the performance and observance of all of the covenants, agreements, obligations and conditions contained in the Bonds and in this CFC Master Trust Agreement, and to declare the terms and conditions upon and subject to which the Bonds are and are intended to be issued, held, secured and enforced, and in consideration of the premises and the acceptance by the Trustee of the trusts created herein and of the purchase and acceptance of the Bonds by the holders, and for other good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is acknowledged, the Authority has signed and delivered this CFC Master Trust Agreement and does hereby pledge and assign to the Trustee and to its successors in trust, and its and their assigns, and grant a lien upon, the Pledged Revenues and the Pledged Funds, to the extent and with the exceptions provided in this CFC Master Trust Agreement;
