This CHARGING STATION SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”), including all attached Exhibits, and dated as of the last signature date below (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Moab City, a municipality and political subdivision of the State of Utah (“Lessor”) and PacifiCorp, an Oregon corporation (“Lessee”). Lessor and Lessee may individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
