This offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is deemed to be a public contract pursuant to Article 396 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and is an offer by the Sun of Hope Public Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund), by accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, to provide the opportunity to make voluntary payments (donations) for the benefit of the Fund.
