THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made as of the 6th day of March, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between The TUBE Music Network, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Network”), and Tribune Broadcasting Company, a Delaware corporation (“Affiliate”), regarding the television programming service currently known as “The TUBE” (the “Service”).
