This Charter and Intergovernmental Agreement is made and entered into this 30th day of November, 1971 (Amended 5/22/75), (Amended 12/10/81), (Amended 2/27/92), (Amended 9/25/97), (Amended 4/23/98), (Amended 6/26/14) by and between the agencies that adopted the attached associated resolutions.
