This Charter Flight Brokerage Agreement (this “Agreement”), including the Flight Offer (as defined below) and the General Terms and Conditions below (these “General Terms”), is made by and between Swiss Private Jet SA, a company organized under the laws of Switzerland, with its registered offices at Chemin Jean-Baptiste Vandelle 8, 1290 Versoix, Switzerland (“SPJ”) and the natural or legal person first indicated in the Flight Offer (the “Client”).
