This Agreement Addendum (“Addendum”) is hereby issued by Momni Café, LLC (hereinafter “Contractor”) and incorporates by reference the Charter School Contract for Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) already in place between Momni Café, LLC and Bay Area Technology School (hereinafter “Client”). All rights and obligations in the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless otherwise specified by the Addendum.
