The City of Lincoln is pursuing Water Supply Development for Lincoln Water System – Phase 1. The Project will determine an additional water supply source for the Lincoln Water System (LWS). A second water supply will enable Lincoln to continue to grow and provide resiliency against drought, natural disasters and other events that can impact source water supply capacity and quality.

The agreement is supplemented by two additional documents which are described as the “Assumption of Risk and Complete Release of Liability” form, and a “New Charter Guest Information and Itinerary Planning” form. The charterer agrees to the conditions and terms noted herein, accepting full responsibility for the actions of all guests.
