This Agreement is made and entered into this 13th day of March 2017, by and between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City") and Posada Inc., dba Alpha West, a Colorado nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Recipient", for the sole purpose of assisting Recipient through the HOME Operating Expense Project, (hereinafter referred to as “Project”), in developing the staff and operational capacity to produce affordable housing units in the city of Pueblo.
