July 1, 2022 by and between the Newark Unified School District, a public school district of the State of California ("District") and Marie dela Cruz, an individual (referred to herein as “ dela Cruz” or “Chief Business Official"). This Agreement succeeds and replaces the Employment Agreement of the Chief Business Official, the term of which was September 23, 2019 through June 30, 2022.
