ILLINOIS, hereinafter referred to as the "Board,'" and RON KASBOHM, as the Chief Information Officer, hereinafter referred to as the "Chief Officer," and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties,” the Board having reviewed and determined that the Chief Officer has met the performance goals set forth in the prior multi-year 2018-2021 Employment Contract.
