Big Bend Community Based Care Child Placement Agreement Pilot FeedbackChild Placement Agreement • January 3rd, 2017
Contract Type FiledJanuary 3rd, 2017• Big Bend CBC completed the child placement agreement pilot in our outlying/smaller counties. These counties consist of Gadsden, Wakulla, Franklin, and Liberty for the Circuit 2 area and Calhoun, Jackson, Holmes, and Washington for Circuit 14. Big Bend CBC subcontracts case management supervision for the outlying counties to DISC Village in Circuit 2 and Anchorage Children’s Home for Circuit 14. We determined to use the smaller counties so that we could focus on a smaller population and collect as much feedback from these groups before rolling out to our larger case counties.
