This grant agreement (“Grant Agreement”) is made by and between the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and the Lead and Co-Applicant(s) (“Grantee”). The Grantee received a Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant from fiscal year 2010 and fiscal year 2011 funds, for the implementation of a Transformation Plan (“Transformation Plan”) that is identified in this Grant Agreement below.
