Neenah Joint School District is pleased to provide ninth twelfth grade students with a Lenovo Chromebook computer to facilitate learning and communication. All Chromebooks, related equipment and accessories are Neenah Joint School District property. The use of a District Chromebook is extended to students for use inside and outside the school facility. The Chromebooks are for use as an educational tool for educationrelated purposes. To participate in this program, students and their Parent/Guardian are required to sign this ‘Responsibility Agreement’ in the spaces provided below and to comply with all of the following terms as a condition of using NJSD Chromebooks:

Hot Springs School District (HSSD) is pleased to provide seventh - twelfth grade students with a Chromebook computer to facilitate learning and communication. All Chromebooks, related equipment and accessories are HSSD property. The use of a District Chromebook is extended to students for use inside and outside the school facility. The Chromebooks are for use as an educational tool for education-related purposes. To participate in this program, students and their Parent/Guardian are required to sign this ‘Responsibility Agreement’ in the spaces provided below and to comply with all of the following terms as a condition of using HSSD Chromebooks:

Caswell County Schools retains sole right of possession of the Chromebook. Caswell County Schools lends the Chromebook to the students during the academic year for educational purposes only. Additionally, Caswell County Schools administrative staff and faculty retain the right to collect and/or inspect Chromebooks at any time, including via electronic remote access and to alter, add or delete installed software or hardware.
