Before you use the Card (as defined below), please read this agreement thoroughly. By signing on or using the Card, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement. You acknowledge that if your Card was issued to you (whether your Card is a new or replacement Card) prior to 13 July 2022, the Card incorporates a stored value facility in the form of the ez-link Facility (as defined below), of which EZ-Link Pte Ltd is the holder and operator.
