This is an agreement between the City of Davenport, Iowa (hereinafter referred to as the Recipient) and the Iowa Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the Department), for funding through the City Bridge Construction Program under Iowa Code Section 312.2 (12)(b) and 761 Iowa Administrative Code (IAC) Chapter 160.
