THIS AGREEMENT (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into on December 15, 2020, by and between the CITY OF ARTESIA, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and PCAM, LLC dba Parking Company of America, a LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY with its principal place of business at 523 W. 6th Street, Suite 528, Los Angeles, CA 90014 (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
