Description of the Project: This contract generally includes upgrading the mechanical and electrical systems to modern standards on the east side Stadium. The mechanical & architectural portion of the project includes providing heating and air conditioning with ductless, mini-split systems with new acoustical ceilings and batt insulation in the locker rooms, upgrading air circulation in the ticket booth with overhead fans and replacing old heaters and exhaust fans. Electrical improvements consist of installing a new 150kW pad mounted transformer with underground feeders. Replace three ageing electrical panels with new panels, (MDP - located in locker room, Panel ‘B’ – located in concession stand area, and Panel ‘C’ – located in the equipment room. New energy savings LED light fixtures are being installed in the concession stand area, ticket sales, locker rooms and the concourse.
