THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered into on August 14, 2022, by and between the City of Chico, State of California, a municipal corporation (tile "City") and Barbara Martin ("Employee"). The City and Employee may be collectively referred to herein as the "Parties".
