The City of Hudson, Ohio, (hereinafter “Provider”) and Customer, as named on the Services Order, hereby agree to be bound by the following General Terms and Conditions for Provider’s services to Customer as well as the following exhibits attached and incorporated into to this Services Agreement: Exhibit A: “City of Hudson Velocity Broadband Acceptable Use Policy”; and Exhibit B: the “City of Hudson Velocity Broadband Right of Entry Installation Access Agreement.”
