WHEREAS, the City of Millville, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as “the Municipality” and GEI Consultants, Inc. hereinafter referred to as “Consultant” previously entered into a Professional Services Agreement on June 16, 2015 as approved by Resolution No. R174-2015 adopted on June 16, 2015 for the purpose of replacing the firm known as ARCADIS as the PRP Group’s Environmental Consultant in reference to certain environmental remediation required by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection at the former Airwork facility located within the Municipality;
