day of 8/8/2017 , 2017, by and between the City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation with a principal address of 776 NE 125th Street, North Miami, Florida (hereinafter referred to as “City”), and Downtown Book Center, Inc., a Florida profit corporation having its principal office at 245 S.E. 1 Street, #436, Miami, Florida 33131 (hereinafter referred to as “Concessionaire” or “Vendor”). The City and Concessionaire shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”, and each may individually be referred to as a “Party”.
