This Agreement (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the City of Seabrook, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (the “City”) and Underground Construction Solutions, LLC, a corporation (the “Contractor”), for the construction, installation and/or replacement of the 2021 Red Bluff Waterline Replacement, as more particularly described in Notice to Bidders, (“Project”).
