This Agreement is made and executed this day of , 2007 (hereinafter "Effective Date") by and between the Brevard Public Schools, a governmental entity and body politic (hereinafter referred to as "School Board") and the City of West Melbourne, a charter municipality and a body politic (hereinafter referred to as "City"); collectively, the School Board and the City are referred to herein as "Parties."
