EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2023City Sewer System Operator Agreement • March 29th, 2023
The City of Clarkston and the PUD entered into a City Sewer System Operator Agreement which provides full authority to the PUD to operate the City Sewer System and authority to the PUD Board of Commissioners to adopt rates, charges and fees for City Sewer System service to the City, its residents and other users of the sewer system sufficient to maintain, operate and improve the City Sewer System.
