This Agreement provides for the terms under which EPSI will provide dental claim services for the current or future contracted Brokers dental insurance Policyholders. EPSI will provide such services regarding claims for the Policyholders’ covered persons (“Covered Persons”), in accordance with the terms of the Policyholders’ policies (“Policy(ies)”).
