THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED CLASS ACTION AND FAIR FUND SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), made the 9th day of December, 2019, by and between CROSSMARK GLOBAL INVESTMENTS, INC. (“CROSSMARK”), a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business in Houston, Texas, and STEWARD FUNDS, INC.
