FIRST AMENDED CLASS AND PAGA ACTION SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENTClass and Paga Action Settlement and Release Agreement • May 10th, 2024
Pursuant to Paragraph 10.10 of the Class and PAGA Action Settlement and Release Agreement executed on March 14, 2024, this First Amended Class and PAGA Action Settlement and Release Agreement (“Settlement,” “Agreement,” or “Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Plaintiff Karen Bogdanyi (“Plaintiff”), on the one hand, and Defendant Health Advocates, LLC (“Defendant”), on the other hand (collectively, Plaintiff and Defendant are referred to as the “Parties” and individually they are referred to as “Party”), and shall supplant the Class and PAGA Action Settlement and Release Agreement executed on March 14, 2024, subject to the Court’s approval by the Court, under the following terms and conditions:
