Classic Ballroom Elegance L.L.C.,(herein referred to as CBE),hereby loans to the person or persons whose name/s are listed on the Try On Contract,(herein referred to as the client).The client borrows from CBE the dress/es described on the Try On Contract and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein for the time period indicated on the Try On Contract. Try On fees must be paid in full no later than one day prior to the Try On Shipping date listed on the Try On Contract. The client agrees to ship the dress/es back to CBE in good condition and with no damages no later than the date specified in the e-mail correspondence sent to client, or stated on the return instructions included in the dress shipment to the client. Try On period not to exceed 48hrs unless otherwise agreed upon and stated in e-mail correspondence.
