THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2020, by and between OZARK BORDER ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, and the Board of Directors of the Cooperative, who may be referred to hereinafter as the "Cooperative" and LOCAL UNION 702, of the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, who may be referred to hereinafter as the "Local Union" or "Union".
