Developer is the owner of certain real property located at 100 N. Markley Street in Greenville, South Car- olina on which 29 condominium residences are intended to be constructed (“Project”). Subsequent to the commencement of construction, Developer intends to enter into contracts for the sale of each condominium (each a “Unit” and collectively “Units”). The Reserving Party has expressed an interest in purchasing a Unit and wishes to reserve the right to enter into a contract for the purchase of a Unit at a date to be determined by Developer. Developer wishes to extend such right to the Reserving Party. In consideration thereof, the parties agree as follows:
