This is a legally binding agreement. By signing this agreement, you give up your right to bring a court action against the YMCA to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for injury or death to yourself or damage to your property arising from your use of the Whatcom Family YMCA Climbing Wall (hereinafter referred to as “the Climbing Wall”) now or any time in the future.
