This Affiliating Facility Contract (“the Contract”) is entered into effective March 1, 2021 (“Effective Date”) between Napa Valley College (“the College/University”), 2277 Napa-Vallejo Highway, Napa, CA 94558 and OLE Health, a California non-profit corporation, located at 1141 Pear Tree Lane, Suite 100, Napa, CA 94558. This agreement supersedes the prior Memorandum of Understanding between the parties that commenced on July 1, 2007 which is hereby terminated and replaced with this new Contract.
