This Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms of Service”) governs your access to and use of the Clipboard Health websites (including ClipboardHealth.com, Clipboard.Health, and Hcp.Clipboard.Health), the Clipboard Health mobile applications, the Clipboard Health Help Center (collectively, the “Site”) and any services (the “Services”) offered on the Site. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Twomagnets Inc. dba Clipboard Health and our affiliate Clipboard Health LLC (“we”, “us” or “Clipboard”).
