The Board will not reduce, negotiate, or delegate its legal responsibilities

This Agreement is to be effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, by and between FRANCIS HOWELL SCHOOL DISTRICT, with its central administrative office located at 801 Corporate Centre Drive, O’Fallon, MO 63368, party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as the “District,” and Miscellaneous Drivers, Helpers, Health Care and Public Employees Union No. 610, a local union affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (I.B. of T.), party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as the “Union” for the purpose of establishing wages and conditions of employment to be observed between the parties hereto. Unless otherwise mutually agreed by both parties, all language and salary of the Agreement will remain as is during the term of the Agreement.
