Nex-Tech, LLC and its subsidiaries (“Nex-Tech”) hereby agrees to provide Cloud Based Phone Services and/or Cloud Fax Services to Customer under the following Terms and Conditions and as set forth in the “Service Agreement.” Hereinafter, Nex-Tech and Customer may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
