This Microsoft Cloud Reseller Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Microsoft and Company. If you are an individual accepting these terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that (i) you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on that entity’s behalf, (ii) you have read and understand the terms of this Agreement and (iii) you agree, on behalf of the entity that you represent, to the terms of this Agreement.
